• Return & exchange process can be completed by contacting us at +9651848000, and by providing the necessary documentation.
• Customers can request a return transportation service at an extra fee of:
  • Bath items return fee: 5.900 KD
  • Lighting items return fee: 5.900 KD
  • Tiles items return fee: 99 5.900 KD
  • Parquet items return Fee: 5.900 KD
  • Home Accessories items fee: 1.500 KD
  • Wardrobes items return fee: 5.900 KD
  • Furniture items return fee: 5.900 KD
  • Home Accessories items return fee from far areas: 3 KD
  • Any items return fee from far areas (except Home Accessories items): 15 KD
  within the nearest available date.
  Far Areas: Al Abdali, Jleilaa, Binider, Al-Zour, Al-Kairan (Sabah Al-Ahmed Marine City), Nuwaiseeb, Al-Wafra, Al-Salmi, Kabad
• Customers may return or exchange their purchases within fourteen (14) days from the receiving date; provided that the returned or exchanged products are in the original condition they were purchased in.
• Customers are not entitled to return or exchange used, damaged & improperly stored products, or products that were prepared upon customer’s request, or products that were already installed at the customer’s site.
• In case of returning purchases without replacing them with other products of the same or higher value; the remainder value can be refunded to the Customer using the same method it was purchased by (Cash / Credit Card / Bank Cheque). Purchases refunds that exceed the value of two hundred (200) KD will be returned to the customer by a Bank Cheque after Seven (7) working days from the date of requisition.
